  • A Sr. Technical Account Manager (Sr. TAM) with several years of systems level technical and managerial experiences in successfully strategizing, developing & delivering secure systems software & cloud solutions. This prospective candidate will work closely with executive management, internal & external product technical teams and strategic partners, to develop a deep technical understanding across all core IP & product lines, and contribute to championing the vision & value of the products for customers and all other stakeholders. The Sr. TAM also ensures customer satisfaction, drives product adoption, and helps clients achieve their business goals through effective use of the company's technology. This role requires deep technical knowledge, strong customer relationship skills, and a proactive mindset.


    Responsibilities 💼


    • Assisting engineering, sales and marketing in developing product capabilities, and in their development & deployment of new features & services.

    • Monitoring common technical support issues, working with engineering to finding & implementing root cause solutions and creating programs for handling those support requests at scale.

    • Customer Relationship Management:

      • Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned enterprise clients.

      • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

      • Be responsible for providing overall product(s) technical guidance support to customers and their teams before and after the sales process.

      • Be responsible for building a partner ecosystem for overall product(s) to support customer acquisition and product adoption.

      • Be responsible for assisting customers with their product due diligence and training.

      • Learning target customer usage, workflows, their goals, and how they (can) use the products or services to better serve their tasks and goals. Helping customers attain value insight from the products or services they’ve purchased.

    • Technical Advisory & Solution Delivery:

      • Provide technical guidance and best practices aligned with the customer's goals.

      • Help customers understand product capabilities and how to best utilize them.

      • Troubleshoot complex technical issues in collaboration with internal support and engineering teams.

    • Strategic Account Planning:

      • Develop strategic account plans to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, renewal, and growth.

      • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs and product fit.

    • Advocacy and Escalation:

      • Act as the customer advocate within the organization to drive resolution of technical issues.

      • Manage escalations and ensure timely communication and resolution.

    • Project and Change Management:

      • Support customer implementations, upgrades, and migrations by providing expert guidance.

      • Assist in change management efforts and user training when needed.

    • Reporting & Metrics:

      • Monitor and report on customer health, usage patterns, and success metrics.

      • Provide regular status updates to both internal and external stakeholders.

    Technical stack 🎓

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

    • 5–8+ years of experience in a technical account management, solutions architecture, customer success, or consulting role.

    • Strong technical acumen across multiple domains such as cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), networking, APIs, data integration, and/or enterprise software.

    • Exceptional problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.

    • Proven ability to manage enterprise clients and complex technical environments.

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

    • Ability to travel occasionally, if required.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience working with SaaS products or in a cloud-based environment.

  • We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team, focusing on the development of custom software solutions using our proprietary, agentic AI-based code generation platform. This role is a unique hybrid, bridging the gap between customer needs and the cutting-edge capabilities of AI-driven development. You'll be the primary point of contact for clients, translating their vision into actionable requirements, and then working directly with our CTO to "prompt" the AI platform to build and iterate on those solutions.


    Responsibilities 💼


    • Client Engagement & Requirements Gathering: Act as the main liaison between the company and our customers. Conduct workshops and interviews to deeply understand their business challenges, processes, and goals. Translate complex, high-level business objectives into clear, concise, and detailed technical requirements and user stories.

    • Prompting & AI Interaction: Utilize your understanding of business logic to formulate and refine prompts for our agentic AI code generation platform. Think of this as instructing a super-intelligent developer. You'll need to be an expert at crafting prompts that guide the AI to generate accurate, efficient, and bespoke code.

    • Project Tracking & Quality Assurance: Monitor the AI's development progress, ensuring the generated applications align with the original business requirements. You'll be responsible for testing the apps and providing feedback to the CTO and the AI platform to fine-tune its performance and output.

    • CTO Collaboration: Work closely with the CTO to define the scope, architecture, and technical feasibility of projects. You'll serve as a critical feedback loop, helping to improve the proprietary AI platform by identifying its strengths and weaknesses in real-world development scenarios.

    • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user guides.


    Technical Stack 🎓


    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

    • Proven Experience: At least 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in custom software or application development

    • Technical Acumen: A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and key concepts like APIs, databases, and front-end/back-end architecture. While you won't be writing code, you need to "speak the language" to effectively communicate with the CTO and the AI.

    • Prompting & AI Familiarity: Experience with or a strong aptitude for prompt engineering and working with AI/large language models (LLMs). An understanding of how to give precise instructions to an AI to achieve a desired outcome is crucial.

    • Exceptional Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences and vice-versa.

    • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to break down complex problems and devise logical, innovative solutions.

    • Proactive & Curious: The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is excited by new technologies and is eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • We are hiring a senior level linux systems software engineer to join our AI Solutions, Infrastructure, Networking, Acceleration and Delivery teams. The team will develop device and network drivers and troubleshoot solutions on Linux system kernels, GPU Kernels etc. Our product is a performance-oriented low-level infrastructure optimization, crafted to change the way AI inference works. This individual will lead the design, development, automation, and management of AI mission-critical Linux systems. The engineer will act as a technical expert for our Linux based solutions, infrastructure and collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, and Cybersecurity teams to improve performance and reliability of solutions and/or the Infrastructure it runs on. 


    Responsibilities 💼


    • To Architect, Develop and manage scalable, secure Linux solutions and Infrastructure serving AI workload.

    • Following security best practices in development and deployment of solutions.

    • Lead incident response and root cause analysis for production systems

    • Mentor junior engineers and review technical documentation

  • We are hiring a junior to midlevel Linux systems software engineer to join our AI Solutions, Infrastructure, Networking, Acceleration and Delivery teams. This individual will join the development team to help develop, troubleshoot and automate management of AI mission-critical Linux device & GPU drivers, their solutions and systems they run on. The engineer will collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, and Cybersecurity teams to develop reliable and secure solutions following best practices of the day.

  • We are hiring a mid to senior level web developer to join our AI Solutions, Infrastructure, Networking, Acceleration and Delivery teams. The main tasks in this position are to work on data extraction engine (Backend) and Web Scraper (Frontend) agents. This includes:

    • Implement secure browser automation solutions

    • Implement algorithms for pattern recognition in websites

    • Integrate Web Scraper extension with backend features and algorithms

    • Build standalone secure web applications and agents

    • Develop a product that is built for a global market
